This wonderful anime series is about a modern-day school girl, named Kagome, and how she got pulled into another dimension by a demon through a well in the ancient Shinto shrine her family takes care of. She finds herself in feudal Japan in the middle of civil war and finds herself attack by various monsters, all after a mysterious jewel that she found in her possession.
